Hastings involvement in The Korean War

http://britains-smallwars.com/korea/British-Forces.html#raf only as shown on here but we know RAF pilots flew USAF aircraft and I have it on good authority that Hastings aircraft were used in taking supplies to Kimpo, Seoul, South Korea during the Korean War, were these the same aircraft that flew to Iwakuni in Japan to bring back stretcher cases on CASEVAC duty?

In 1953 Hastings were still involved in the supply and Casevac of servicemen to and from South Korea several of whom were UN soldiers from Turkey and Britain.
