This must be a huge subject, it is not for me to lay any blame on anyone except to highlight the accidents that had occurred over a period of 20 years, if anyone wishes to air their own views on the subject matter then please feel free to do so

I was given some notes and detailed diagrams from the Air Publication on HP Hastings, these are attached.......[you know who you are, many thanks!]
